• Payment in cash at the start of the tour. We do not accept credit cards.
• For amounts equal to or exceeding € 200.00 is required a deposit of 20% to be paid by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the confirmation document that you will receive via email at time of reservation.
• Reservation required within 48 hours (two days before the departure date of the tour).
• Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult (parent / tutor). Also read the “tour rules”.
• iBikeMontaione reserves the right to change with or without notice, before and during the tour the logistical organisation and the type of route depending on the weather conditions, ability and preparation of the participants, or other problems.
• If the weather is questionable, please send us an sms (if possible via Whatsup it's free!) at the number +39 346 7623211 one day prior to the start time to confirm the tour status.

Our mountain bike guided tours take place mainly on beautiful off-road routes, allowing us to reach places unreachable by any other means and to enjoy unique landscapes in contact with nature.
Dirt roads, holes, roots, ruts, stones are obstacles that are part of the beautiful scenery of the mountain bike trails in our area, but they could also represent a serious danger if some precautions are not taken.

So, before booking one of our tours, you need to be honest with yourself and carefully read the following guide points:

• Level of training: even if our tours are "relatively easy", you nevertheless require a good level of training, reasonable ability to ride a mountain bike on dirty roads and good knowledge of how to use gears and brakes of a mountain bike.
  Attention: Carefully evaluate your and the other participants skill level. If you are used to ride a bike just few times per year mainly on asphalt or cycle paths with a traditional bicycle (not mountain bike), booking a mountain bike tour could put yourself and other participants in serious danger, as well as seriously damaging the bicycle you’ve rented.
• Level of fitness: whether you choose to take a tour with a traditional mountain bike or an electric one, you must be in good health.
• Rider weight: the maximum weight allowed is 90 kg.
• Age and height: participants must be at least 14 years old and have a minimum height of 160 cm. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Clothing: always choose clothing suitable for the type of route and climatic conditions, preferably specific clothing for mountain bikes. Alternatively sportswear and sneakers. The use of slippers or sandals or long clothes is not allowed.
• Water bottle: Water bottle is not provided. It is therefore important to have a backpack with you to carry 1 or more bottles of water.
  On some tours it is not possible to refill water bottles during the journey.
• Behavior: During the tours, you must never overtake the guide and respect the traffic code.
• Tour pace and speed: the pace of the tour is decided by the guide based on the type of route and the skill level of the participants. In any case, the pace of the tour will always adapt to the slowest participant.
• During the tour: it is possible to make several stops to take photos or simply to rest and have a chat.
• Responsibility: participants are responsible for any damage they may cause during the tour to themselves, to third parties, to their own or that of the others property as well as to the bicycle in use.
